These highly rated sleep products are being offered at a deep discount during Amazon Prime Day 2025.

Designing the perfect sleep environment is always easier when you’re shopping at a discount. For Amazon Prime Days (ehh week), Amazon has cut prices on plenty of items, including a decent selection of sleep essentials, like mattresses, pillows, and sheets.

But it’s not just the basics that are marked down. We also found deals on nice-to-haves, like a sunrise alarm clock to ensure you wake on time, and air purifiers to help create a sleep space with fewer allergens. We also have you covered if you’re looking to make your bed cozier, say with a dreamy duvet or plush mattress topper.

Consumer Reports has tested all of the products in this roundup and keeps tabs on their prices so that we can help you find the best options and the best prices. Bear in mind that not all the deals for Amazon Prime Day are good—we’ve seen plenty of prices that are the same, or even higher, than at other times of the year. We’ve also seen steep discounts on products that just don’t perform. Here, we’ve culled the list to highlight real deals on the sleep essentials that are actually worth buying. We’re also including sales at Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.

If you’re a CR member, you can also take advantage of some exclusive mattress and bedding deals on brands like Avocado, Casper, and Tuft & Needle. You’ll need to be logged in to see the details.

    Pillows

The Coop Home Goods Premium Adjustable Loft Pillow is also on sale. Its price is made of shredded memory foam and excels in our tests for support, no matter your size or sleep position. The Coop also keeps its shape well, showing little to no change in height or fluffiness in our resilience tests. Each pillow comes with extra foam, so you can adjust the filling to your liking. The only area where this pillow falls a bit short is in breathability—it sleeps slightly warm.

    Still undecided?
CR's expert guidance and unbiased reviews can help you purchase with confidence.

The adjustable Plank by Brooklyn Bedding Premium Shredded Foam pillow impressed evaluators in every test. It offers top-tier support for both back and side sleepers, which, along with its firmness and height, is expected to remain unchanged with use. Small and large side sleepers may want to try removing about 1/4 of the filling for optimal support, and back sleepers may remove about half of the filling. Because this newcomer to CR’s ratings excels in our breathability assessment and has cooling properties, sleepers can expect a comfortable surface that helps regulate their body temperature and dissipate moisture throughout the night.

Layla’s Summer Sale, much like the Memorial Day event, features a buy one, get one 50 percent off deal on these pillows. The adjustable-fill pillow from Layla marries polyurethane foam with kapok—the featherlike fiber made from the seed pods of the kapok tree, popular for being a vegan alternative to down. Our tests find that the model lives up to the material’s reputation, offering top-notch breathability in a soft and rather resilient package. Despite not having cooling properties as its name suggests, the pillow does not retain warmth. And while it offers stellar support for side sleepers, back sleepers are also well served by this pick.

The Tuft & Needle Original Foam Pillow is made of polyurethane foam and has a micro-polyamide and polyester cover. Despite this composition, testers found that the pillow excels in breathability. According to our lab tests, it is a great choice for side sleepers but less ideal for back sleepers. Expect its firmness, height, and support to remain consistent with use.

The Weekender Gel Memory Foam pillow marries the cooling properties of a gel pad with polyurethane foam. It offers only average support for back sleepers, but it’s very good at supporting those who sleep on their side. Our testers find the resiliency and breathability of the pillow to be top-notch, as is its breathability.

    Mattresses

This hybrid mattress is a great value, offering terrific support for petite and average back and side sleepers of all sizes. It lets you change sleep positions without transmitting movement throughout the bed. Despite the budget price, the model has excellent durability. The only sleepers it’s not ideal for are those who exceed 6-foot-2 in height, 220 pounds in weight, and primarily slumber on their sides.

At around $400, this budget-friendly mattress provides impressive support for all sleepers except for large and tall side sleepers—its support marks for them are only satisfactory. This mattress earns solid ratings in our stabilization and durability tests, and it scores a firmness rating of 4, which means it’s on the softer side of the mattresses listed here. Already a great bargain, it’s now 20 percent off.

    Casper Original (2020)

    Casper Original (2020)

Casper has revamped their offerings, but the popular mattress-in-a-box brand still has lingering inventory at Amazon on its former flagship Casper Original foam mattress. It’s a great option for back sleepers, earning excellent ratings in our back-sleeper support tests for every body size. For side sleepers, this mattress is still a solid pick, though it’s slightly less supportive for side-sleeping. If you sleep with a partner, our stability tests show that you won’t feel much movement when they toss or turn. The Casper is slightly firmer than average, earning a 6 out of 10 on our firmness scale, with 10 being the firmest. Casper foam mattresses earn very good ratings for comfort and owner satisfaction, according to data from our members’ survey.

    Casper Original Hybrid

    Casper Original Hybrid

Casper revamped their product offerings, but Amazon still has inventory on its former 11-inch flagship foam mattress that earned the highest score in our back-sleeper support tests for every body size. And it’s only slightly less supportive for side sleepers. The Casper Original does a solid job in stabilization, too, so partners should have an easy time shifting positions without waking each other up. Made with synthetic foams, this mattress receives a score of 5 out of 10 on our firmness scale, which means it has a medium feel. Casper’s foam mattresses earn impressive ratings for comfort and owner satisfaction among CR members.

    Sheets

You’re going to experience quite a bit of wrinkling with these Casaluna cotton sheets, but if you don’t mind pulling out the steamer, you have a winner with this set. It provides a great fit for mattresses 14 inches thick and under, and it can withstand a considerable amount of stretching and pulling. It’s one of just two cotton sheets in our ratings to ace our strength test and one of just a few to excel in our shrinkage test. The fitted sheet includes directionals to indicate which ends go where.

Coop is the brand that introduced the "original" adjustable pillow to the market, and it seems it has another top-rated bedding product on its hands. Coop Sleep Goods Comphy SoftSpa sheets excelled in our shrinkage and fit tests, proving they’ll stay securely on your mattress even after multiple washes. These polyester linens won’t wrinkle much, and their pleasing strength test results mean they’ll stand the test of time.

100 percent cotton sheets at a synthetic fabric price are hard to come by. But this set from California Design Den offers quality and affordability. It excelled in our fit tests, so you’ll never have to worry about the corners rolling up mid-sleep, and our shrinkage assessment proved that multiple washes won’t significantly reduce its size. It’s also one of the softer-feeling fabrics we’ve tested. However, you can expect a fair amount of wrinkling, and the tear resistance is just average.

According to our sensory test, the Lands’ End Premium Supima Cotton Sheet Set is one of the softest in our ratings. Though you will experience some wrinkling, it still performs better than most natural cotton sheets in our wrinkling assessment. With an excellent fit for mattresses 14 inches thick and under, little to no shrinkage, and a very strong weave, it is a solid pick.

Brushed microfiber isn’t as breathable as cotton, but for those who don’t find synthetic fibers to be a hang-up, this Mellanni sheet set is a top-notch pick. It offers a softer feel than most cotton options and is pretty resistant to wrinkling, and you can expect a great fit even after a year of laundering. You can also expect to have this set in rotation for a while, because it does pretty well in our strength test. The one area where these bedsheets miss the mark a bit is in our fit test. Though the packaging claims “deep pockets,” this set is best suited for mattresses with a depth of 10 inches or less.

Prices will vary depending on size and color.

There’s a reason Brooklinen is an internet sensation. Our tests find that its Luxe Core sheets have sturdy seams, making them pretty tear-resistant. And when it comes to shrinkage, consumers can rest assured that they won’t experience much of it. When you’re making the bed, these sheets take out the guesswork. There are labels along each side that read “short side” and “long side” so that you’re never confused. Just expect to experience a fair amount of wrinkling.

    Mattress Toppers

This 3-inch queen-size memory foam mattress topper offers excellent support and a deeper, more cushioned feel than many others. Infused with cooling gel, it helps regulate temperature for a more comfortable night’s sleep. The flippable design adds versatility, though it lacks a cover and corner straps, which may lead to shifting. Temperature-sensitive foam means the topper feels softer when warm and firmer in cooler conditions. Weighing 15 pounds, it provides average warmth retention and a balanced blend of comfort and support.

This 2-inch memory-foam topper provides great support while still allowing you to sink into it. And at 8 pounds, it’s not overly heavy to maneuver. It’s flippable, but this deal doesn’t come with a cover (though you can add one on yourself), and a lack of corner straps means it might shift around. You can return Linenspa products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Cooling Blankets

    Guohaoi Cooling Blanket

    Guohaoi Cooling Blanket

The Guohaoi Cooling Blanket offers strong cooling performance—second only to the Elegear Revolutionary Cooling Blanket (also on sale)—and features a similar smooth, swimsuit-like feel. It’s made with a nylon-polyester front and a cotton back, and includes a satin border, though the build quality and stitching are less refined than the Elegear. While it stays cool during use and doesn’t retain heat, issues like the loosely attached layers and less comfortable design make it a less compelling option, given its similar price.

    Duvets

    Brooklinen Down Comforter

    Brooklinen Down Comforter

Brooklinen’s down comforter stands out for its high-quality construction, ultra-soft feel, and excellent temperature regulation. Available in both down and down-alternative options, it comes in lightweight, all-season, or ultra-warm varieties. The all-season down version is cozy and breathable, with no noticeable clumping or feather leakage. Its sateen shell adds a touch of luxury, and features a grid design and corner ties to keep it in place. Though pricey—about $500 for a king—it’s a worthwhile investment for those seeking top-tier comfort. It’s an even better value during Amazon Prime Day. Brooklinen also offers a 365-day return policy (minus a $9.95 fee). The duvet is Downmark certified.

    Buffy Cloud Comforter

    Buffy Cloud Comforter

Buffy’s Cloud Comforter is the softest choice in our at-home assessment. Thanks to its smooth, silky feel and fluffiness, the duvet is comfortable enough to use without a duvet cover. Made of recycled materials, it’s uniformly stuffed in layers to prevent clumping and shedding. The shell material is 100 percent sateen-weave Tencel lyocell.

    Utopia Bedding Duvet Insert

    Utopia Bedding Duvet Insert

The Utopia Bedding duvet insert is perfect if you don’t want to spend a ton on a new comforter. I have one that I’ve been using for the past three years and I find it to be lightweight and perfect for warmer nights. And with a good duvet cover, it gets cozy and warm. CR’s reviewer pointed out that it’s not as fluffy as other duvets (it is on the thinner side). The material is synthetic, so it doesn’t allow for the airflow that those made with natural fibers like cotton can provide.

    Air Purifiers

The HoMedics AP-T200 has impressive performance and an attractive design. This model is designed for medium rooms of 150-350 square feet. It performs impressively on both high and low speeds and it’s easy to use, but you should expect a fair amount of noise while it’s running.

Getting half off a recommended air purifier is nothing to sneeze at. The Woozoo does a solid job at removing dust, pollen, and smoke at both high and low speeds. What’s more, it’s one of the more cost-efficient large room air purifiers to operate and maintain. Just expect a bit of noise while it’s running. It’s $100 more than the lowest price, but that deal is rare.

The portable Blue Pure 211i Max does a terrific job on its higher setting removing dust, pollen, and smoke, but expect a bit of noise. Try it on low and you’ll have more quiet while still experiencing top-notch results. This model is designed for use in a large space of 350 to 650 square feet and costs about $109 a year to maintain. It also weighs just 17 pounds, making it easy to move around.

    Humidifiers

On just about every measure, including moisture output and noise, this owl soars—and it’s at the best price we’ve ever seen. It’s convenient to use, though not being able to get a hand into the tank for cleaning is a drawback. The 250-square-foot claimed coverage area is on the high end for a small-room model. Other animal figures in this Crane series include Wyatt the Fox, Puffington the Penguin, Misty the Unicorn, Sidney the Sheep, The Crane Train, Hello Kitty, Freddy the Frog, Mya the Monkey, Violet the Hippo, and Elliot the Elephant. They all perform similarly, and various options go on sale often, as listed above.

This humidifier, rated for small rooms, is a fantastic balance of quality and price. It’s a top-rated model; it handled every one of our tests with ease, and it has an indicator when the water level is low, so it’s easy to know when you need to add more (and it shuts off automatically if you don’t get there in time). With perfect scores across the board, it’s definitely worth a look.

    Sleep Masks

    Mzoo Sleep Mask

    Mzoo Sleep Mask

The Mzoo typically costs $23, and its sale price tends to hover around $20, making this an excellent time to add it to your cart. It’s also well-designed and effective at blocking light for most face shapes and head sizes. CR’s team of evaluators had a wide range of preferences and needs, and yet most agreed that the Mzoo mask was a great option.

    Baloo Sleep Stone Mask

    Baloo Sleep Stone Mask

The Baloo Sleep Stone Mask is plush and cozy, and ideal for those who run cold or enjoy feeling cocooned while sleeping. It offers excellent noise muffling and nearly full-face coverage, making it great for cold environments or plane travel. That said, it may feel too warm in summer, and drawbacks include a loud, tangly Velcro that can easily trap strands. While its silk upgrade and included crystal disc may appeal to fans of crystals and luxury, the high price may outweigh the benefits for some people.

    Sunrise Alarm Clocks

    JALL Sunrise Alarm Clock

    JALL Sunrise Alarm Clock

The JALL Wake Up Light Sunrise Alarm Clock is a budget-friendly pick that is easy to use and set up. It has two independent alarms (so you can set them for different times depending on your routine), seven alarm tones (including “wind bells” and birds chirping), an FM radio, and a fall-asleep mode that simulates a sunset (though no white-noise option). According to the manufacturer, it emits a maximum light intensity of 240 lux. Tapping the snooze button will temporarily shut off both the light and the sound. (The advantage: You’re more likely to fall back asleep in the dark. The disadvantage? You’re more likely to fall back asleep in the dark.)

    White Noise Machines

Magicteam Sound Machines White Noise Machine

Magicteam Sound Machines White Noise Machine

This small plug-and-play sound machine from Magicteam is sized just right—like a deck of cards if cards were square. And it’s back down to the best price we’ve seen. It delivers good sound quality and variety, packing in 20 sounds, including nature sounds and even a freight train. The controls, just five buttons, are intuitive to use, although one evaluator said they were quite small and a bit difficult to see in low light. And it has a timer in case you don’t want it playing all night.

    Loftie Alarm Clock

    Loftie Alarm Clock

A modern take on a retro concept, the Loftie alarm clock, which doubles as a white noise machine and a sunrise alarm clock, is equal parts aesthetically pleasing and chockful of tranquilizing sounds. While it can be a bit fiddly to set up, it’s easy to operate once you’re familiar with the buttons and settings. Bonus: It looks great on a nightstand and its light levels can be adjusted to match any mood.
