    For the Gracie Oaks Olivia Signature Velvet Blackout Curtains, the lightest color tested was porcelain white, and the darkest color tested was warm black. These curtains are sold as individual panels, and are made from polyester. Each panel is 84 incles long, 50 inches wide, weighs 2.0 ounces per square foot, and uses loops to attach to a rod. The curtains have 2 separate layers and are not washable.
