The CTY 1.1 is REI’s in-house brand’s entry-level hybrid bike. It has a triple drivetrain with three chainrings up front and eight gears in the rear to select from. The frame, fork and seatpost are all aluminum. While fairly heavy, it’s a solid option with a low price point.
