Sound quality:We found the Sport S70 delivers sound quality that falls in the very good range - it reproduces music and voice very well although it does have some noticeable sonic quirks. With the 1More app Equalizer set to studio (as received state of the earphone) the bass (as in bass drums, bass guitars, stand-up bass, etc.) has good impact, but is a touch prominent and boomy, doesn't go deep. The midrange (voices, guitars, horns, etc.) is a bit grainy, hazy and congested (think sonic traffic jam) and a touch sibilant and plasticky. The treble (cymbals, the upper range of violins, etc.) is extended is somewhat smeared and sizzly (sounds that should have a delicate shimmer have a sound reminiscent of bacon frying) and a bit prominent but lower treble is a somewhat subdued. While the sound has a decent sense of liveliness It has an open sound, but that's because it's not covering your ears, not because the audio sounds open and does a decent job of recovering room ambience.
