Overall this model was very easy to use, somewhat accurate for counting steps, and very good at measuring heart-rate accuracy. With recent version iPhones, our experts found it very easy to pair, somewhat easy to interact with and likewise for recent version Android phones, very easy to pair, very easy to attach to the body and very easy to recharge the battery. In our water immersion test it passed the manufacturer's claim of 164 feet for 10 minutes.

The Garmin Vivomove 3 is a watch based fitness tracker with a 1.8 inch OLED display, real-time heart rate monitor, steps, sleep tracking and calories estimation. It has Connected GPS meaning you have tobring your smartphone with you to control music from your wrist. The manufacturer claims a battery life of 5 days, it has the sensors: garmin Elevate heart-rate monitor, barometric altimeter, accelerometer, ambient light Sensor, and a Pulse Ox Sp02 blood oxygen saturation monitor. It has notifications for calls, texts, email and calendar events. The Vivomove 3 has socialization using the Garmin Connect online community app, includes inactivity alerts which remind you to move if you are sitting for a long time and has find my phone. It has extra features such as: women's health tracking and built-in incident detection which can send live location to contacts in case of an emergency. Included accessories: USB charging cable, quick start manual, safety and product information. Its dimensions are 1.8 x 0.5 inches (width/thickness) and it weighs 1.64 ounces.
