This phone has very good voice quality when talking and listening. We found this phone's ease of use to be Good. Its range is longer than most and can conference handset to handset, like an intercom.

Phone features include a lighted keypad, which is essential if using the phone in a dark room, auto talk (allowing you to answer a call by simply lifting the phone out of the base), any-key answer and a voice-mail indicator. To save energy and extend battery life, the phone automatically reduces radio power when its base is nearby.It has chain dialing( helpful if you frequently use calling cards), multilingual menus and is conferencing capable with an outside line.

On the downside,the phone setup is overly complicated and lacks any key answer.
