How do I access the add-on?
If you are a CR member with access to digital ratings (Digital and All Access membership) you can shop online with the help of the CR browser add-on. The CR add-on will help you evaluate and compare products so you can make the best shopping decisions.

The browser add-on is currently available for Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge.
When you browse or search for products on Google, Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target and Walmart and the CR add-on detects that you're looking at a category or model that our experts have tested, it will show you the CR rating.
It will also show you if the model is CR "recommended" and meets our criteria, a “Don’t Buy,” or if the product has a safety warning, to help you make the most informed decisions while shopping online.
