Question:
The manufacturer of Pink Stuff, a cleaning paste that has grown popular on TikTok, claims that it can be used on “virtually any surface.” Is it really as good as its marketing says?
What we say:
It’s good, but “it’s not the miracle worker TikTok makes it out to be,” says CR editor Perry Santanachote, who used it on her scorched pot. You can see the before and after pictures of her scrubbing it with The Pink Stuff here.
What’s best to use it on:
It should be good with greasy messes and lifting oily dirt off surfaces, preferably hard surfaces like tiles, tubs, and sinks.
What you should not use it on:
Anything delicate or anything that can be easily scored or scratched, such as stainless steel kitchen appliances, plated metals, enamel, and finished flooring.

QUIZ ANSWER
The answer is—coffee drinkers can rejoice—yes, coffee can help prevent cancer. Research has shown that drinking coffee is linked to reduced risks of liver cancer as well as mouth, throat, and endometrial cancers.
That, however, doesn’t mean you should be chugging coffee with abandon. Make sure you stick to recommendations from the Food and Drug Administration, which is no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine, or about 4 or 5 cups of brewed coffee. And remember that all those sweet syrups and added sugars can create a drink with hundreds of calories.
Coffee also isn’t the only thing that can offer a bit of protection against cancer. Read about the other seven foods that reduce cancer risks and the ones you should avoid.
