    About

    Sold singly, so be sure to buy two, and settings are in kilograms. What we liked: Weights are automatically balanced, and there are good hand grips. But: Dumbbells can be harder to replace weights into cradle on some settings, and can be harder to control due to some weights being located further out along the handle. Can be uncomfortable when resting heavy dumbbells on thighs during bench exercises. Length of the dumbbell is the same for all weights and can impact range of motion on some bench exercises. Requires two hands to adjust weight setting – one to twist the dial, and another to depress a lock button. (Other sets are unlocked automatically when in the cradle).
