"After driving through heavy rain, opening the trunk, i would see water pouring into the trunk from the trunk lid. We have not called Tesla about the issue yet."

"The weather stripping on the front door windows is compressed and does not properly seal. Tesla came out and fixed it for free."

"One of the windows electrical control systems is malfunctioning. The Tesla service center has been unable to repair despite two or three tries. The window randomly goes down repeatedly. It happens, especially when there is moisture outside like on a rainy day. Also, on that same rear door, the door cannot be open from the inside. I dont recall if we have brought that issue to attention of the service center."

"Same as the heater problem"

"The heater would not put out very hot air. the driver side only got lukewarm but the passenger side was ice cold. It first happened in the fall then once it got colder it was all the time. I took it to Tesla and they replaced the heat pump compressor and octovalve assembly. Ever since then it has been better than any gas car I have ever owned."

"the rain-sensing wipers have been unreliable. The wipers may not come on at all when it starts raining, even when heavily. At times the wipers work but it's unpredictable"
