    "One day i just get an error message that there's a problem charging my battery and a reduced capacity of unknown % would be experienced. My car was around 70% battery at the time and would not charge above that. I requested service and it would take over a week for an appointment in the service center, but they diagnosed it as needing a replacement of the high voltage battery. Over the next few days, with some range anxiety, the car was driven to below 40%, but was able to charge up to 40%. I was able to drive to the service center myself and got the car back in around 4 days."

Within a few days of having my car returned after the large battery was replace my car told me to take it to the dealer or my car wouldnt work. I returned to Tesla and they replaced the 12 V.     "On 7/23/24 I found my Tesla totally incapacitated by my 12v battery having gone dead. It required roadside assistance to get it jump started. I drove it to the Tesla service center where they "worked me in", found the battery dead, and replaced it. Neither I nor the service center had received any alert that the battery was weak or near failure. Luckily I was not on a trip or away from home at night. It could have been dangerous, instead of just inconvenient and makes me think of not purchasing another Tesla."

    "When the 12v battery died, unlike other people, i had no warning. When i got to my car in the morning, the charging cable would not disconnect, the doors/trunk wouldn't open, and the app would not connect to the car. It was essentially a brick. I had to request a roadside assistance from the app and they wanted to send a tow truck to get it to the service center. An hour later, a tow truck guy came in. We can't tow the car away from the house while it is still locked to the cable connected to the house. He had to jump some contacts in the front bumper just to open the hood, after which he was able to jump the 12v battery. After the jump, only the front passenger door was able to be opened and the charging cable still wouldn't disconnect. However, we were then able to open the trunk to get to the manual charging cable release. Despite manually releasing the charging cable, the car wouldn't feel that the cable was released, so it refused to go out of park into neutral nor would it go into tow mode. So the tow truck guy had to hammer in some plastic shims under the rear tires so that the car can slide on the concrete onto the tow truck. It is a lot of hassle for a relatively rare, but normal problem in every other car."
