What Owners Say
"I was unable to get the Wi-Fi to connect to the computer. Consequently I was unable to use the GPS. It was fixed when I took it in to the Tesla showroom for repair."
Anonymous, ON (2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Electric)"Problem started with audio /music system base (low frequency)response not working. The problem was intermittent in duration but re-occurring. It was also associated with a clicking or dripping noise sound from the back of the car. Additionally, more importantly, the car was no longer able to understand voice commands which I use for many semi-critical situations. The screen printout ( text echo) of voice commands indicated the systems misunderstanding of voice control commands."
Anonymous A., NY (2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance Electric)"The car began to misunderstand voice commands such as Adjust Right Rear View Mirror THE SCREEN echo of the coice command indicated failure of the car to correctly hear what was said. My repair insurance company refused to pay for the repair saying that it was an amplifier/audio issue that they would not cover payment for. The Insurance Company is Alpha Warrantee services. I argued with them that it was not audio, but the problem is a control system failure aspect. They disagreed and refused to pay, they will received much bad press from me for their refusal to cover this repair."
