Tesla assured me it was safe to drive and I did drive it about 50 miles to have it repaired. It was some sort of seal that they said was prone to failure but has since been reengineered. The repair was scheduled through their app. I submitted a video of the problem in which the sound could be heard. The scheduling of the repair and the repair itself was absolutely seamless and we were even given a car to drive for the afternoon. The repair took only a few hours and the problem has not reoccurred."

"The heater performance progressively declined before completely stop working. My car was about 105000km when it broke. I was really lucky the mechanic told me because when it fails, it typically blow the hv fuse for heating and the 12v converter."

"AC stopped cooling completely, had to drive 3 hours each way to get fixed since no appointments available within next 3 months near me (got a loaner that I had to drive another 6 hours round trip to pick up the vehicle several days later). They fixed the high sensor and it worked for about 10 minutes and then stopped again. I complained to corporate since they wanted me to return to the same shop 3 hours away until they gave me an appointement here. They found that the low pressure sensor was also failed and replaced it. They had to provide me a loaner once again since this took 3 days to fix. This was all barely just under warranty coverage so it was free of charge. If I had waited for the appointment near me, it would have been past the warranty period and it would have been an extremely hot summer."
