What Owners Say
"All 3 problems we have mentioned are because a computer card has blown out. Dealer wants $600 for the card and about $400 for labor. Thats ridiculous. Weve been living without those functions."
Anonymous, NY (2015 Ford Focus Electric Electric)"SYNC stopped working 5 months ago. Followed all instructions on reset but was unsuccessful. Took to professional who also could not get it to work. Ford dealer wants to completely reinstall for $700. I am not going to pay that kind of money for a Ford issue."
Anonymous, VA (2015 Ford Focus SE 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"From my bit of research it appears to be a common issue after replacing the battery. My car is consistent in that it stopped working after my battery died and needed to be replaced"
Anonymous A., IL (2015 Ford Focus SE 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"It pairs with phone then immediately disconnects. Will continue this problem for about a week then start pairing again. It will then repeat problem in roughly 30 days. I am unaware of over the air updates being available. I will have to pay Ford dealer to update. That is not a good situation. I should be able to update without paying dealer."
Anonymous A., (2015 Ford Focus SE 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"It will not remember my phone but still remembers the salesman's phone who set it up at the dealer! Junk IMHO."
