"Power lock mechanism on sliding door stopped working"

"WE have had the seat track trim replaced and it has broken away from the seat again. When that happens the electric seat controls won't work unless we are pressing on the seat trim."

Its happened when pressing the front door button, the lift gate button and the lock button. It also has become very sensitive at times opening the door when you are not near it. The window and door lock switches, as well as the interior lighting on the door itself, do not operate at all when the door is closed. They also only operate intermittently when the door is open, depending upon how far the door is opened. This also causes the switches on the passenger side door to be non-functional.
