What Owners Say
"Warning light for emergency brake REPEATEDLY came on and when occurred didn't allow car to move. Dealer could not find problem first time. But after warning light came on driving at 60 miles/hour on highway & worried car would stop dead got off at exit. Called but had to wait for problem to happen again to bring back to dealer. Eventually found issue & replaced a control unit. Cost $909 to repair"

"Warning light came on and sometimes car would not start. Had to have towed to dealer. Audi did nothing to help me. They scanned vehicle for faults and concluded low voltage issues due to vehicle sitting for long periods of time and battery was fine. Said my fault since not driving enough & told me to let idle 10 min before driving or drive over 11 miles to let battery charge every time to use car. After 2 months continuing to happen was suggested by others had to be a specific PROBLEM and get second opinion. Took to independent mechanic who immediately ran diagnostic & found possible coolant pump issue. A Coolant pump had been installed previously under a recall but this time it was not covered by Audi. New coolant pump was replaced & also needed new battery since issue drained it repeatedly. Car performing fine after these repairs. Cost $1354."
